When do I pay for services?
All fees are payable upon successful completion of the service. For Property Search Consultation, payment is due once we present your shortlist. For other services, payment is due upon service completion or tenancy commencement.
How quickly can you find a property?
Timescales vary depending on your requirements and market availability. Typically, we present initial options within 5-7 working days. Properties in high demand may require flexibility on move-in dates.
Do you work with landlords?
While our primary service is tenant-focused, we welcome enquiries from property owners with premium rentals. We do not charge landlords for listing properties with us.
